Eliza Source operates an e-commerce and wholesale platform serving retailers, resellers, online sellers, businesses, and individual customers.

Our Services may include product discovery, wholesale ordering, customer support, order management, delivery coordination, customer relationship management, messaging, and after-sales support.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under applicable law to use our Services.

If you use our Services on behalf of a company, shop, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.

To provide our Services, we may request information such as your name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, business or shop information, order information, and other information necessary to process your request.

Eliza Source uses services and APIs provided by Meta Platforms to communicate with customers through Facebook Pages and Messenger.

When you communicate with an Eliza Source Facebook Page, our systems may receive information made available through Meta, including:

• Messenger messages
• Page-scoped user identifiers
• Message timestamps and related metadata
• Conversation information
• Information you voluntarily provide during a conversation
• Other information made available through permissions authorized for our application

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide customer support, manage customer conversations, assist with orders, maintain customer-service records, and operate our customer relationship management system.

Our use of Meta Platform Data is subject to applicable Meta Platform Terms, policies, and applicable law.

When you communicate with us through Facebook Messenger, our website, telephone, email, WhatsApp, or another supported channel, we may maintain records of those communications where reasonably necessary for customer service, order processing, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legitimate business operations.

You must not use our Services to:

• Engage in fraud or unlawful activities
• Submit false information
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with our Services
• Distribute malicious content
• Abuse our communication systems
• Violate applicable laws or third-party platform policies

The Eliza Source name, branding, software, website content, graphics, designs, and other materials owned by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party trademarks and services remain the property of their respective owners.

We may use third-party providers for cloud infrastructure, database services, application hosting, communications, analytics, payments, delivery, security, and other functions necessary to operate our Services.
