User Data Deletion Request

Provide enough information for us to locate and verify your records. This may include:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Facebook/Messenger conversation information
• Order number, where applicable
• Another identifier reasonably necessary to locate the relevant records

Never send us your Facebook password or other account passwords. We do not require your password to process a deletion request.

If you have communicated with Eliza Source through Facebook Messenger, our systems may process information made available through Meta, including:

• Messenger messages
• Page-scoped user identifiers
• Conversation records
• Message timestamps and related metadata
• Information voluntarily provided during conversations
• Customer-service information
• Order information associated with the conversation

A verified deletion request may cover eligible Facebook and Messenger information stored within systems under our control.

We may verify the identity of the person making a deletion request before deleting information.

This protects customers against fraudulent or unauthorized deletion requests.

We will request only information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant records and verify the request.

After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, we will:

1. 1Identify information associated with the verified user
2. 2Determine which information is eligible for deletion
3. 3Delete or anonymize eligible information from systems under our control
4. 4Take appropriate steps regarding applicable service providers where required and technically applicable
5. 5Retain only information that we are legally permitted or required to retain

Certain information may need to be retained even after a deletion request.

This may include information reasonably necessary for:

• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Accounting and taxation
• Transaction records
• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Resolving disputes
• Preventing abuse
• Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims
• Enforcing agreements
• Documenting that a deletion request was completed

Where appropriate, retained information will no longer be used for ordinary customer-management purposes.

We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

If additional information is necessary to locate records or verify a request, we may contact the requester.

A request submitted to Eliza Source deletes or anonymizes eligible information controlled by Eliza Source.

It does not delete your Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, or other Meta account.

Information controlled directly by Meta must be managed through the privacy and account-management tools provided by Meta.

We may use third-party infrastructure and technology providers to operate our Services.

Where applicable, deletion from our primary systems may also be reflected through associated service-provider systems in accordance with applicable deletion, retention, and backup procedures.
